Late arrival – please make sure you arrive to your appointment on time. We may be unable to accommodate late arrivals. If we need to modify or reschedule your appointment because of a late arrival, you will be charged in full for the service.
Rescheduling - please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Failure to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of an appointment will result in full payment.
Habitual Rescheduling - after your third attempt your appointment will be canceled and a fee will be charged.
No guests – We ask that you arrive by yourself to all appointments. Additional guests will be asked to wait in lobby or outside the building.
